  Peter Dodds Roofing Maintenance Ltds head office is in Driffied, East Riding of Yorkshire giving us easy access to all of Yorkshire and Humberside. This includes, Hull, Beverley, York & Harrogate. For larger projects we do travel throughout the North of England and the Midlands.

  Peter Dodds Roofing Maintenance Ltd are a family run roofing business based in Driffield, East Yorkshire and we have being providing a professional roofing service to our customers since 1995.

• What training and memberships does Peter Dodds Roofing Maintenance have?

  We are very proud to be long running members of CORC - Confederation of roofing contractors. Our installers are also trained and approved Topseal installers.

• What roofing systems do you install?

  We thrive on been fibreglass flat roofing specialists and we offer a range of flat roofing systems including the Topseal range of BBA certified flat roofing systems and we also do slating and tiling pitched roof installations. We are also proud to be installers of the Topseal Direct Lay system that is a great overlay roofing system for the refurbishment market.

• What guarantees do you offer with your roofing installations?

  We offer a 10 year guarantee with our traditional felt roofing, 20 - 40 year guarantee with our Topseal fibreglass flat roofing systems and we can also offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements further.

• What does BBA certified mean?

  Good question! Our roofing installers are approved installers of the Topseal fibreglass flat roofing systems, that are BBA certified. A BBA certification means that the system and products have been through testing to receive product approval. BBA certification is recognised throughout the construction industry as a symbol of quality and reassurance. Not all roofing systems are BBA approved and we believe this is an important factor to take into account when choosing the roofing system to have installed on your house or project.

• What kind of roofing projects do you carry out?

  All Peter Dodds Roofing Maintenance Ltd installers are experienced in carrying out domestic and commercial roofing works. We regularly carry out a variety of roofing works on schools and commercial premises but we also have a team who are constantly working in the domestic market installing roofs from pitched to flat on everything from garages and porches to large extensions and full house re-roofs.
